In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below, unless the context otherwise requires:

To access wd303's Services, you must complete the registration process and create a single, personal Account. The following conditions apply:

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the wd303 Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a Prohibited Activity and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and winnings.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian national identity number (KTP number), email address, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. wd303 is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate account details provided by the user.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. wd303 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to protect your account credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify wd303 support immediately at [email protected].

3.4 Account Currency

All accounts on wd303 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). All deposits, wagers, bonuses, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in Rp. wd303 does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

4.3 Failure to Verify

wd303 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal privileges, place an account under review, or close an account permanently if a user fails to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe. In such cases, deposits may be returned to the original payment source, subject to fraud screening.

5.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing times are displayed at the point of transaction and are subject to change without prior notice. All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name.

5.2 Deposit Restrictions

wd303 does not accept deposits from third parties. If a deposit is identified as originating from an account held by someone other than the registered user, the deposit will be reversed, the account may be suspended, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities. Credit card deposits are not accepted.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals are processed only to payment accounts registered in the same name as the wd303 account.
• A minimum of one (1) successful KYC verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (see Clause 6) and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are satisfied.

6.1 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus is subject to wagering requirements, typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x, 30x). Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.

6.3 Withdrawal Restriction

Withdrawals made before completing wagering requirements will result in automatic forfeiture of the active bonus and any winnings attributed to that bonus. The remaining balance (original deposit funds only) may be withdrawn without penalty.

• If an event is abandoned or postponed by more than 36 hours from the original scheduled start time, all bets will be void unless otherwise specified.
• Settlement is based on official competition results. Results are not changed based on subsequent disqualifications, appeals, or judicial rulings unless the change occurs within 72 hours of the event conclusion.
• wd303 reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by obvious pricing errors or technical glitches.

7.2 Live Casino

• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider without first contacting wd303 customer support to resolve the issue. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate account closure and potential legal action.

• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to launder funds obtained through illegal means, or depositing and withdrawing funds with minimal or no wagering activity for the purpose of "cleaning" money.

🔐13. Account Termination & Suspension

13.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit, or wager) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. wd303 reserves the right to charge a monthly dormant account maintenance fee of Rp 50,000 after the account has been inactive for 12 months. This fee will be deducted from the account balance each month until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. You will be notified by email before any dormant account fee is applied.
